I went here to get my first helmet and gloves. The staffs are extremely friendly, explaining everything to me. This is definitely my place to go if I’m upgrading or getting extra gears in the future.

We went this morning to buy a helmet and gear, it was a great experience, no sales pressure. The sales person took great care in explaining the products very patiently in the end giving reasonable discounts.Very good team. Keep up the great job.

Such a great experience buying a helmet here. I’ve popped in over the years…looking, drooling and scheming to buy more helmets without actually purchasing, and the attention from the staff is unquestionably top notch. I’ve wanted a new Shoei Neotec2 for ages, but wasn’t certain on the colour. So recently the owner of the store brought two shortlisted ones we found in the system, in my size to Perth for me to choose from. When checking out after choosing one, the staff even changed the visors over and installed the PinLock for me, all done with a smile and a real sense of caring about the whole purchase. I would 100% recommend buying your next helmet from here and support WA small business….otherwise we’ll all be wearing ill fitting gear or selling bargain internet gear for less than we paid on FB marketplace.

Outstanding service from Beth who assisted me with sourcing a replacement chin strap cover for my Airoh helmet. She kept me updated via email and contacted me as soon as it arrived. Could not ask for better service or communication from Helmet House!

Was in this evening to purchase a helmet for upcoming Motorsport events. The staff that served me were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help me, and showed genuine interest in my needs. Everything seemed very reasonably priced and I will absolutely be back here in the future. As someone who works retail, I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service I've experienced - one of the best interactions I have ever had.
